The Story

​This book is about an entity from Brazilian folklore, belonging to the Native Tupi-Guarani mythology, called Caipora. This entity protects the animals that live in the forest from hunters or invaders she deems hostile.
In this story, Caipora's friendship with animals is highlighted, especially with a wild boar she saves from hunters and who then becomes her best friend.
